考察テーマ:RaTG13は本当にナカキクガシラコウモリ(Rhinolophus affinis)のコロナウイルスなのか?

 

私が興味を持っているのは、新興の感染症Covid-19や免疫やワクチンの問題ではなく、病原体そのものであるSARS-CoV-2のほう、とくにその「謎めいた」起源の問題です。 それは、国内外の多くの科学者が強く指摘してきたとおりの自然発生なのか、それとも、にわかに熱い注目を集めている武漢ウイルス研究所(Wuhan Institute of Virology)の実験室なのか。 私は陰謀論には加担しませんが、後者の可能性がきわめて高いと考える者の1人です。

ちなみに、ウイルス学や免疫学の外部にいる一介の好事家です。

職場に迷惑がかかる懸念から、当面、匿名で考察のための情報を発信するつもりです。

 

まずは、スパイクたんぱく質(Sタンパク)のデータの一部を以下に示します。

キクガシラコウモリコロナウイルスセンザンコウコロナウイルス、そしてSARS-CoV-2のSタンパクの遺伝子は約1270個のアミノ酸によって構成され、S1サブユニットとS2サブユニットに区分されます(SARS-CoV-2の場合、685番目までがS1、686番目からがS2に該当します)。

1~6はセンザンコウコロナウイルス、7は武漢ウイルス研究所の石正麗研究員らがSARS-CoV-2にもっとも近い遺伝子配列のサンプルとして挙げた、ナカキクガシラコウモリ(Rhinolophus affinis)のコロナウイルス、8は2019年12月に武漢ウイルス研究所で分離されたSARS-CoV-2。カッコ内は当該ウイルスの採取ないし分離がなされた年。
